Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY

kalisti may issue full refunds for products purchased from our website, http://www.kalisti.com.au, under certain conditions. If you find that the goods do not match the description on our website, or if you identify a fault or defect within seven (7) days of receiving the goods, you can return them to kalisti for a full refund, provided you meet the following requirements:

(a) Identify the fault, defect, or reason why the goods do not match the website description.

(b) Provide proof of purchase from our website.

(c) Return the goods to kalisti in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition (no marks on the insoles, no marks or scratches on the soles, etc.).

 

If goods are returned outside of this policy, they may not be eligible for a refund, and kalisti will notify the customer accordingly.

 

The buyer will have the option to have the goods sent back to them, with delivery expenses covered by the buyer.kalisti does not offer refunds for "change of mind", or similar reasons.

 

kalisti does not offer refunds for sales items.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, kalisti offers exchanges for alternative sizes, subject to availability and payment of delivery costs for the exchanged items. Please email us at sales@kalisti.com.au with your exchange request before returning any items. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to kalisti, whether within Australia or internationally.
